Refund policy

At Field The Label we understand that online shopping can be hard and there may be times you may not get the correct fit or your purchase just doesn't suit you.

To make it easy, we will provide you with a refund or store credit if your order is full priced and returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. 

Due to the limited numbers of our stock we cannot refund or offer exchanges after this time frame.

From time to time our terms may need refreshing, we have the right to change these without notice, so please always read carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds on Pre-Orders

There will be a $15 fee for cancellation per item, per order for any items that have been purchased on pre-order and haven't arrived into stock yet. This fee is to cover loss of fees we pay per sale.

Refunds/ Exchanges on Sale items

We do not honour refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sales are final.

Refunds/ Exchanges and Usage Rights on sample and pre-loved items

We do not honour refunds or exchanges on sample or pre-loved items. All sales are final.

Samples may not be used for Commercial Rentals or advertised as a Field garments on other platforms, shops or selling sites. These are for personal wear only.

Exchanges

We do offer one free exchange on new stock, this can also be done via emailing sales@fieldthelabel.com.au. If the size/colour is not available we will offer a store credit or full refund as per our normal terms within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Returns

Your garment/s must meet the below requirements to be returned:

  • Returned within the time frame - 14 days of receipt of delivery
  • Returned unwashed, unused, in original packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • Please keep in mind it's always nice to receive garments folded in the same manner as they were received. If not, you may be charged a restocking fee.
  • We cannot accept any liability for lost or damaged items until they are received back to us. We encourage you to register your return parcel with Australia Post Office when returning your items and use the Return Slip provided to you for tracking purposes.

Once your order is viewed only then can a refund or store credit be applied.

To lodge a return, please email sales@fieldthelabel.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order and you will receive details on how to lodge your order via email. Once the garment is returned it can take 5-20 business days for the refund to be processed.

Faulty returns

If you wish to return a faulty item or have received the incorrect item/size, please contact  sales@fieldthelabel.com.au immediately with your order number and await a response from one of our friendly team members.

How long will my refund/store credit take?


AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: Please allow up to 15 business days from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded or store credit to be raised (refunds processed through PayPal and AfterPay can take a further few days to completely transfer).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow up to 30 business days from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded or store credit to be raised (refunds processed through PayPal can take a few days to completely transfer).

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method or if you selected store credit, we will send this to you via email. 

Gift Voucher Terms

Please note we cannot provide refunds for orders placed with gift vouchers. Gift Voucher sales are final and not redeemable for cash. Gift Vouchers expire two years after issue.
