Shipping
Every order placed with Field The Label is carefully folded, wrapped, and packaged in 100% compostable, fully biodegradable mailer bags.

This not only means you’re supporting a small business but turning a passion into reality…. and doing your bit for the environment. It’s a win- win.

We use Australia Post to ship our items.

All items are shipped from Toowoomba, Australia.

Free Shipping
We hate paying for shipping as much as you do, it’s a bit of a buzzkill when you have to fork out that little bit extra. We appreciate your purchase more than you know, so no stress, standard shipping is included.

For Express Shipping, please select this option at the checkout.

If you choose Free Shipping, please allow 4-6 business days for your delivery within Australia. 

Orders placed before 2pm AEST (Brisbane) will be shipped on same day. Orders made after 2pm on Friday, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

A shipment notification email will be sent to you with the shipment tracking number.

Express Shipping

$15 Express shipping is available to all major metro and selected rural areas with next day delivery. Orders must be placed prior to 2pm for next-day delivery.

Express Shipping to addresses outside of metropolitan areas will be delivered in 3 business days. A shipment notification email will be sent to you with the shipment tracking number.

International Shipping

We currently ship to NZ, UK and USA.

The cost per item will depend on individual countries. Please allow up to 15-30 business days for delivery.

  • 350gm(1 dress) $40 Express Shipping – Delivery- 7-14 Days
  • 700gm (2 dresses) $25 Standard Shipping- Delivery- 10-21 days
  • 700gm (2 dresses) $40 Express Shipping - Delivery- 7-14 Days

AUS- UK

  • 350gm  (1 dress) $30 Standard Shipping- Delivery- 15-30 Days
  • 350gm (1 dress) $45 Express Shipping- Delivery- 7-14 Days
  • 700gm (2 dresses) $40 Standard Shipping- Delivery- 15-30 Days
  • 700gm (2 dresses) $55 Express Shipping- Delivery- 7-14 Days

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Whilst all care will be taken when packaging your orders, Field The Label does not accept responsibility for breakage or loss of your item after it has left our premises. 

All items will be sent “Authority to Leave in Safe Place If Unattended”.

To ensure secure delivery we suggest “Signature on Delivery”, which means your parcel will require a signature upon receipt. If you require a signature on delivery, please include that in the notes when placing your order

Please check all of your details carefully before placing your order. Incorrect details may be changed after your order has been placed, however, this may not always be guaranteed (we’ll be packing them straight away), and may cause delays with your order/s.
